Getting There
By metro: the simplest way
Take the M2 line (Kızılay–Koru) and get off at ODTÜ. It is a short walk from the station to the A1 main gate on Eskişehir Yolu.
By bus
From Kızılay, take a bus from the stop right in front of Güvenpark: lines 411 and 482 and the combined lines 482-132, 411-482 and 411-132 go straight to METU and usually have a large "ODTÜ" sign on the front. They drop you at the A4 gate. The Ayrancı dolmuş also enters at A4, but runs on weekdays only. Avoid the other buses on Eskişehir Yolu: they stop far from the gate, across the road.
Campus gates
A1, the main gate on Eskişehir Yolu, is the easiest way in. Tell security at the gate that you are here for the RSG-Türkiye symposium. Buses from Kızılay come in at A4.
On campus
Ring shuttles run inside the campus. At weekends it is the Gray ring: it leaves the A2 gate (the Bilkent metro exit) every hour on the half hour, 08:30 to 18:30, and also stops at the A1 gate by ODTÜ station. Get off at Rektörlük. METU's own map records the hall as Fizik Bölümü Üçlü Amfi: the Physics Department's triple amphitheatre, which holds U1, U2 and U3. The link below opens it on that map.
